Children have more need of models than of critics. DMCS is led, directed and guided by a dedicated and trained teaching and non-teaching staff who are graduates and post graduates as per the requirements of the CBSE.   

As student-teacher ratio 1:6 ensures that the faculty is able to give personal attention to the needs of every child and inculcating the core values. In addition to being qualified, our teachers are always thinking of new news ideas to help children learn better.

A special faculty for vocational training and special coaches for each sport mean that the teaching is under experts. Trained faculty members for music and extra curricular activities provide appropriate and expert guidance.

The faculty members are encouraged to upgrade their skills and update their knowledge on a regular basis and are often deputed for refresher courses both within and out of the country.

Besides, it is mandatory that the teachers undergo at least one training session in a year in areas such as teaching methodologies, use of technology in class and such related subjects.

It is pertinent to place on record with gratitude the increased amount of workload the faculty members have taken on themselves to improve the academic standards of the school.
