Deva Matha Central School (DMCS) is an international residential and day school of repute set amidst the serenity and tranquility of the Garden city of Bangalore, the IT capital of India. The school has undergone a remarkable transformation under the auspices of Deva Matha Educational Society (a registered Society under the provisions of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act of 1960, Bangalore) in association with the internationally acclaimed Garden City College (www.gardencitycollege.edu) to become a centre of excellence in the sphere of primary and higher education.

DMCS boasts of caring and child- centered teachers who have the backing of highly experienced administrators. The learning methodology that is being implemented at the school is a project-based approach to learning that integrates all subject areas in the state-of-the art campuses.

Affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi (CBSE), DMCS is part of the legacy that has been established by the visionary educationist Dr Joseph V.G.

The Prime objective of the school is to impart secular, cultural and quality education, strictly in accordance with the CBSE Syllabus and Rules, and also to aid and assist children whose parents belong to services which are migratory in character and also accommodate other children of CBSE schools in the vicinity.
The academic year of the school is from June to May.
